Strategic Partner

There will be only 1 person in the world able to purchase the 50,000 YAM Trading vouchers. This person will be a strategic partner for me personally, Coach Tom. I am also Gramps in the upcoming storyline of Make Everyone Great Again (MEGA) political fundraising organization done differently. God wink is that MEGA was registered as a sole proprietorship on April 01, 2021. A couple of months after my wife and partner, Amy, passed. So, this inaugural fundraising effort came through a “pain point” in my life. Developing it through the lens of my family treasures my kids don’t want. Kids don’t need much to remind them of their youth. Even less interest in their grandparents' belongings. So, my family memorabilia needs a new home. The stuff I can’t throw out because it means something.

Amy loved shoes, so donating to Goodwill seems “cold” to me. I would enjoy connecting with the person who has similar tastes in shoes. I am starting Google Lens “proof of delivery” system that supports world peace, voting rights, or disaster relief by delivering those things others would like or enjoy having in their homes. Reselling to collectors of the things we loved to keep before repurposing.

So, if I can use technology to scan an item, determine the value, and put it up for sale. Post it on a cross-selling platform. Taking $10 in profit and putting it in our micro-penny marketplace, Small Street Applied. This delivery process creates value in the exchange of goods and services between members, rather than from trading paper like Wall Street.

For now, I am launching a YAM-is-On delivery service that is a 2-scan process to capture and allocate a $10 profit from every member exchange. This $10 allocation centers around employing Memory Specialists as storytellers of household items, wearables, and heirlooms being valued and managed by Google Lens and QR code technologies. YAM Trading delivers a 10% patronage dividend to buyers (7%) and resellers (3%).

Memory Specialists as storytellers require insurance and bonding. Open discussions can be held as to where this responsibility lies. Engaging our 55+ adult community in an effort to perform estate-planning opportunities will likely bring very emotional responses. Litigation is avoided by everyone working from the same constitution.

There is a maximum of $515,000 accepted by me for my supply of printed “proof of delivery” vouchers. I will deliver back to my strategic partner $51,500. Buyers will receive 7% ($36,050) while resellers will earn 3% ($15,450). My partner will disburse to the 10 Postmaster Generals these funds.This is how patronage works. Stakeholders sit at the round table unified by Detente and Cookie Jar economics.

So, here is how this beta-test or Legacy To Live By adventure actually works. Those wanting to participate are asked to provide a QRTiger v-card ID, PayPal/Venmo account, mobile device number, and email address. The strategic partner and I will select 10 Postmaster Generals based upon the “Why choose me?” response.

The 500 Captains will be selected by the Postmaster Generals based upon becoming a Top (100) 5-member group of resellers in terms of pledges for 10-packs. Absolutely no money is accepted prior to delivery. Captains will be selected on pledges, or unfunded, performance. The single “pre-order” product involved is a printed YAM trading voucher or sticker offered in 10-packs. No more than $100 will be accepted by the Member Treasury for each 10-pack delivered. All pledges and proceeds enter the Member Treasury which operates two days a month.

There are a total of 15,000 Patron payment gateways available for the funneling of online 10-pack pledges or pre-orders ($3) through this network. There are 500 Captains operating in (100) 5-member branches, each serving a single annual term until September 1, 2026. These 500 Captains accept and bundle in tranches both receipts and obligations on the last day of the month. Submitted to the 10 Postmaster Generals.

Money can only be accepted by Patrons in $3, $10, $12, and $30 increments.Buyers ($12) annual and Patron ($30 monthly) membership subscriptions are individual. Obligations are those members redeeming YAM into fiat or crypto currencies All funds and redemptions are completed through PayPal/Venmo platform. Tax forms are issued on Redemption Day,September 1st, each year.

On the first day of the month, the 10 Postmaster Generals receive 10% in patronage from the Member Treasury to distribute. Patronage is provided to the 500 Captains who then deliver earnings through up to 14,490 Patron members. Patrons deliver the YAM rewards to participants, both buyers and resellers.

Buyers receive 7%. Resellers receive 3%. Both the 500 Captains and the 14,490 Patron payment gateways keep 1% while passing 2% back to all others who participated, therefore only 15,000 individuals will serve as PayPal/Venmo and QRTiger gateways to the Member Treasury.
